Everything was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed brand-new and nicely furnished rooms. It was nice in the grand avenue. Moreover, it was short walk to water free supermarket at the end of the road, many shopping places and the center.

The room was nicely furnished and had all the amenities you could need, and the staff were excellent and easy to get in touch with if needed.

It was incredibly comfortable and peaceful in the center. Staff was responsive and affable, helped us with everything.

All in all it was a great stay during our holidays. Loved this new apartment in Pattaya. Location was favourable - 10 minutes walk from a shopping mall. Also, we were very close to restaurants, and shops...

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. Everything was within close proximity, making it convenient to explore. the room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine for added convenience. the staff was attentive and responsive, catering to all our requests promptly. the swimming pool was a great facility to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The internet connection was weak and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at a centrally located, clean, and new apartment. The host, Min, was the best we've encountered. The apartment had a comfortable bed and a huge pool. The location was perfect with great facilities and excellent security.

We recently stayed at a lovely place in Pattaya called Grand Avenue Condo By Bormon. the apartment was clean, new, and had a comfortable bed. the highlight of our stay was the huge pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. the location was very convenient, close to the city center and nightlife. One of the best parts of our stay was Min, the host, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. it was a great value for money and we highly recommend it. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.
